How do I request quotes for my project?
After you create a project and add specific products in it, you could request quote for the project. To do this,
please go "Project Basket" section by clicking "view details" in Project Basket Box at the right.
In "Project Basket" section, please click related project's "details" link. Finally, you could request your qoute by clicking on "Request Quote" button.

After requesting quote for a specific project, we will review your specifications on every products. After review process, we will remind you any kind of incorrect fittins specifications in the case of any error. You could check your project status in the project's detail sections. Finally you will recieve your quote via e-mail, phone and fax.

What is the "STANDARDS" section
in specifications?
On Allducts.com, every product has standard specifications to identify a specific product.
These are Quantity, Gauge, Piece Name, Piece Number, Thickness and Sketch.
Quantity means how many custom product you need.
Gauge is pressure scale which is changed by duct's dimension. You could specify it or leave it blank. We could specify it for you later.
Piece Name is 4 characters that precede the piece number on the label. An example would be AH-4.
Piece Number can be 1 to 99,999 and prints on each label.
Thickness is the thickness of the duct liner. From the drop-down list pick the thickness.
Note: If this fitting is unlined, thickness should display NONE.
Sketch can be up to 12 characters long and prints in expanded print on each label. In most cases sketch is used to help locate a fitting on the Project. An example would be ZONE 14 or FIRST FLOOR.

What is the "SEAMS" section
in specifications?
Seam or mechanical seal is a device which helps join systems or mechanisms together by preventing leakage (eg. in a plumbing system), containing pressure, or excluding contamination.
LS: Is your list of longitudinal seams.
SS: Is your list of segmenting seams. Segmenting seams are used when two or more sheets of metal is needed to make one blank. (over-size fittings)
TS: Throat seam used on some rectangular fittings.
Note: The Female Rectangular Seam will be added to the wrappers. The Male Rectangular Seam will be added to the cheeks.
CM: Is a list of predefined Comments, and if used will print on each label of that fitting.

What is the "JOINTS" section
in specifications?
Joints are constructed to both allow movement and provide mechanical support. On AllDucts.com,
You can have from 1 to 4 joints (connections) depending on the fitting. The letter indicates where on the fitting the joint is located. L= left, R= right, T= top, and B= bottom.
Each joint has a list box of available joints..
